In Tennessee you can start without a referral. Your plan may still ask for one. Call with your plan card and we will check before you book.

We bill many kinds of plans, including most PPO plans, Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation and auto injury coverage. Your plan decides what it pays. We check your benefits and call you before your first visit.

We give you a written estimate before your first visit, and you pay at each visit. If your plan may reimburse you, we give you a detailed receipt to send in.

Otis is with you for the whole visit, and he treats you himself at every one. Zoe may guide your exercises beside him, under his direction. The length of a visit is in the bar at the top of this page.

It depends on what Otis finds, how long the problem has been there, what you do all week and how you respond. He talks it through at your first visit, and changes it as you go. We do not promise a number.

Clothes you can move in, shoes you can walk in, your plan card, a photo ID and any paperwork from your doctor or surgeon.

We work within what you can tolerate. Some movements and exercises can be uncomfortable. Say so, and Otis changes what he is doing.

Sometimes, for follow-ups, in states where we are licensed. Today that is Tennessee. Otis decides whether it suits your problem, and the first visit is in the clinic.

Yes. If you were hurt in a crash or at work, get emergency care first. Tell us who your adjuster is. Your state decides who may direct your care.
