What a visit looks like
What we do
Otis watches how you stand, step and squat, treats stiff joints and tight muscles by hand, and builds strength and control with a short home program.
What decides how many visits
What he finds in your hip, knee and foot, how much you want to do, what your joints tolerate and how you respond after each visit. He talks it through and updates the plan.
Who treats you
Otis treats you every visit, and Zoe may guide strength work under his direction. You meet both at your first visit.
About OtisHow it is paid for

Questions about this care
Should I rest it?
Sometimes, for a short while. Often the answer is to change how much and how, not to stop. Otis tells you which at your first visit.
What if I need a joint replacement?
Then you work with your surgeon on that. Otis can help you get stronger before an operation and recover after it, inside your surgeon's plan.
