What a visit looks like
What we do
Otis follows your surgeon's plan, protects the repair, restores movement and builds strength in stages, and sends your surgeon notes on how you are doing.
What decides how many visits
Your surgeon's plan, the type of operation, how the area is healing and what you do day to day. Your surgeon sets the limits, and Otis works inside them.
Who treats you
Otis treats you at every visit and stays in touch with your surgeon's office. Zoe may guide exercise sets under his direction.

Questions about this care
Do I still need to see my surgeon?
Yes. Keep every appointment with your surgeon. If something looks wrong, Otis tells you to call the surgeon's office or see a physician.
Can I start before the operation?
Often, yes, if your surgeon agrees. Getting stronger first and learning the exercises ahead of time can make the first weeks easier.
