Physical therapy for sore feet, rolled ankles and calves that tire early, for people who stand, walk and trail-run.

This care is for you if

  • An ankle that has been rolled, and no longer feels trustworthy

  • Your heel hurts on your first steps in the morning

  • Calf, Achilles or shin pain is cutting down your walks or runs

  • You are on your feet for most of a shift

What a visit looks like

  • What we do

Otis looks at how your foot, ankle and hip share the load, treats stiff joints by hand and builds balance and calf strength with exercises you can do in your kitchen.

  • What decides how many visits

What he finds in your foot and ankle, what your shoes and work ask of them, and how you respond to the first changes. He explains it and adjusts as you go.

  • Who treats you

Otis is your therapist for every visit. Zoe may guide your balance and strength work under his direction.

Questions about this care

Do I need to buy special shoes or inserts?

Not by default. If something would help, Otis explains why and what to look for, and does not sell you anything.

Can I keep walking or running?

Often a changed version of it, yes. Otis tells you what to adjust, so you are not guessing.
