What a visit looks like
What we do
Otis examines how your spine and hips move, treats stiff areas with his hands and teaches you exercises and ways to set up your car, desk and garden.
What decides how many visits
What he finds, how long the problem has been there, what you do all week and how your body responds. He talks it through with you and changes it as you go.
Who treats you
Otis, a physical therapist, treats you every visit. Zoe, a physical therapist assistant, may guide your exercises under his direction.

Questions about this care
Will I need an X-ray first?
Not always. Otis decides at your first visit whether you should see a physician for imaging or another check before you go on.
Can I keep working and driving?
Often, yes. Tell Otis what your week involves and he plans around it and says what to change.
